Note

A friend gave me this recipe a few years ago. However, some time later, I discovered similar recipes on many resources.
Therefore, I do not indicate the authorship of the recipe, since first of all, nevertheless, I received this recipe not from the Internet.
I cooked this pilaf from different mushrooms. Least of all, for some reason, we liked the white pilaf. Such is the paradox ...
I stopped at boletus and never regretted it!

And I myself have already soaked the smoked one. In my friend's recipe was the usual one. But with smoked pilaf it played like that ...

Oh, and I have honey mushrooms in the freezer, should it be good with mushrooms too?
But there is no paprika, in any form, but there is a very tasty marinade from pickled pepper, a jar of pepper was scrutinized yesterday, and it's a pity to just pour the marind out. What do you think, is it possible to partially replace water?
Mikhaska
-Alika-, of course good with honey agarics! They are so stocky!

It's a pity to just pour the marinade out ..
Marinade is power! Only then there is no need for salt ... Yeah .. It should be very interesting with the marinade.
-Alika-
I thought about the marinade as if I blurted out). Tomorrow I will definitely try to do it, it should really turn out great. Thank you very much!
Mikhaska
-Alika-, I will wait for your feedback! Thank you for your interest in the recipe!
-Alika-
I will definitely report back. I just started to master all these saucepans and this site, everything is so inspiring and plans for two lives, probably.

Here we are, Irus, nowadays we are doing mushroom hunting in the store!
Jiri
Mikhaska, Irinka, reins saliva! Well yummy! And what a handsome man! And where do you take cottonseed oil!
Mikhaska
Irinka, aha, it turns out delicious! The only dish where the peasants of our family put up with the lack of meat in a serious dish.

And where do you take cottonseed oil!
In the central market. There, traders from Central Asia have a lot of jokes from their kitchen. But, I began to constantly cook with him only when I had a slow cooker. And before her ... Mamadaragaya! It's soooo fuming! Terrible business!
And, you know, I wouldn't be surprised if this only happens to me!
My products always do tricks.
Thanks for stopping by!
Seven-year plan
Irinka!!! Congratulations!!! Nice recipe !!!
You're doing fine!!! You are slowly getting used to it !!!

I just can't cook like that. The body does not accept mushrooms at all (only champignons, or not many pickled ones).
When they are boiling, this smell is completely muddied.

So sorry, I can't try it!
But visually appreciated !!!

Irishkin thanks for such beauty ...., I grew up in these "oily" places .... ..., straight nostalgia ....
Mikhaska
Seven-year plan, Svetlanka!Thank you for your congratulations!
Of course, it's a shame that you can't try this swimmer! But, nothing can be done ... Your own health is much more important!
I appreciate your generosity!
Mikhaska
marlanca, Galinka! Thank you, druh! The places here, to be sure, are mushroom! Last year, due to family reasons, we could not get out the mushrooms ... But, there were boiled frozen mushrooms in the freezer since the year before last. They - and then went into action. And, now, until next fall, you will have to pick mushrooms in the store. Houses are bigger than them.

Brought a report:
Mushroom pilaf (lean) in a slow cooker
marinade turned out to be almost 2 mv. Art., the rest is simple water, the liquid could not resist and in the process added almost another glass more than according to the recipe. I could not resist when the smell went very strong, clearly indicating that the liquid inside was at the limit, I was afraid that it would burn. So I wanted to say, a bit too much marinade, I needed a little less of it, although it was tasty and sweet, but not without vinegar, the rice turned out to be a little sour than we would like.
Thanks a lot for the recipe! I got the knack for cooking delicious porridge by adding at the end a pour of onion with carrots and sour cream, from something cooked in parallel, and like pilaf with different meats, it turns out delicious, but it's always well-boiled cereal. It seemed to me that it tasted better, and all these masses were dry, not savory, confusing and only for beauty. Your recipe was attracted by its simplicity, a beautiful photo and the ability to dispose of mushrooms somewhere else (at least partially), which relatives filled up this year.
It turns out that crumbly porridge can be tasty and easy to prepare. I will be happy to use your recipe
Oh, well, again I scribbled a whole report, I don't know how to express myself briefly, it's good that she's so talkative only on paper
Vasilica
mikhasechka, Irish, super-duper pilaf! And how did I miss such beauty?

But what surprised me the most was that you use cottonseed oil. I have already forgotten the taste, and you are buying it on purpose.

It's soooo fuming! Terrible business!

Did you ignite it or do you take it already ready?
Mikhaska
-Alika-, I am so glad that you made this pilaf! You wrote so many good words to me that I was even moved ... Thank you very much for the experiment with the pickle! I already hastened to announce to my own that the next pilaf will be with him. I must say that they took this news quite stoically ... (apparently, they begin to get used to my culinary quirks.)
Quote: -Alika-
Well, again I scribbled a whole report
Yes, that's the only way you need it! I myself am not a fool to crackle, I would give a topic! So ... nice to meet you, buddy!
And, thank you a hundred thousand times for using my recipe!
Imagine - I will not be, and the swimmer that you found with me will live in your house ... Is this not happiness!
-Alika-
Well now I'm embarrassed)
With the marinade, don't overclock too much, it seems to me more than 1 mv. Art. not worth it. Mine didn’t seem to be the most sour, but on the contrary, but two not quite full glasses turned out to be a little more sensual than we would like.
Mikhaska
Oh! Vasya! What a joy! How great that you came to see me!
Thank you for praising the recipe, my dear heart!
And, like a million years ago before our era, a neighbor who grew up in Uzbekistan told me that pilaf without cottonseed oil is not pilaf at all! ... So I took it under my cap and since then - no gu - gu, if I thought of pilaf ...
Yes, earlier it was necessary to anneal the oil before use (as the sellers warned! It’s poisonous, if unrefined). So, then - then there was smoke in my kitchen like a rocker.
And now they are selling refined ... So - all the rules!
Maybe I misinterpreted the sequence of events ... How do I ... The main thing is to dump more information as long as I remember. Here, and ... "mixed in a heap - horses, people ..."
Vassenka! you do not scold me strongly, if anything, that I called my porridge pilaf! You’re over there ... For you, my attempts at the Eastern style are ridiculous ...
Ah, I don't care, you love ... At least swear!
Mikhaska
-Alika-, and I can read!

I wanted to say, a bit too much marinade, I should have had a little less of it, although it was deliciously sweet,
Thank you, my darling, for warning you again! Forewarned is forearmed!
Thank you for taking the time to visit me on pilaf!
Vasilica
And what am I supposed to scold, what kind of porridge you have, grain to grain - everything as the doctor ordered!

And, like a million years ago before our era, a neighbor who grew up in Uzbekistan told me that pilaf without cottonseed oil is not pilaf at all! ... So I took it under my cap and since then - no gu - gu, if I thought of pilaf ...

I can only tell you, according to a baaalsh secret, in Uzbekistan cottonseed oil was used not because, only it would produce "real" pilaf, but simply there was no other. It was a great happiness to snatch the usual salad oil, or at worst, refined cottonseed oil. When our dacha appeared, my mother sighed with relief that now there was no need to smoke the kitchen in the apartment. And at the dacha - beauty, in the air, in a large cauldron, they immediately pumped more oil, then poured into bottles and carried home. After all, in this oil, not only pilaf, but everything was prepared, and fried potatoes, and fried for soups.
If you really follow all the rules, then you need to cook on a dumba (fat tail fat), but that's a completely different story.
Karoch, personally I make pilaf on ordinary sunflower oil and no one has suffered from this yet.

Mikhaska, wonderful swimmer, everything you need to calm your appetite! and beautiful and satisfying! thanks for the recipe!

I personally make pilaf using ordinary sunflower oil
Vassenka! Thanks for the background on the use of oil! Yes-ah ... There was a time ... Ah, in our area there was nothing but "fragrant" sunflower seeds. And even then I had to try to grab! Eh-eh, our grave sins ...
And, on the usual sunflower, I still have a long way to go. I have that cotton ... Like snow in Siberia in winter! I'm a thrifty little girl.
Mikhaska
NataliARH, Natasha! How glad to see you in my subject! Use it for good health!
Thanks for stopping by!
SmoroDinka
Irishka, I zababahala your pilaf! Tasty, you can eat your mind already. Only I chopped the mushrooms in a blender, so you can't see them in the photo, because my son, if he sees pieces of mushrooms, that is, he won't ... recipe
