Ingredients

wheat flour, I have 1c 270 g
salt 1/2 tsp
soft cottage cheese 250 g
sugar 125 g
vanillin or van. sugar
vegetable oil for frying
sugar or powder for boning

Cooking method

  • The baked goods in oil are sooooo tasty, but my stomach can't do it, so I cook it once again only in a competition! Ball donuts are so tender, airy, and delicious! Better to cook a double portion at once!
  • Sift flour and mix with baking powder. Mix all other ingredients and stir in flour. According to the recipe, you need to form balls with wet hands and send them to fry in oil (butter is about 4 cm, so it is better to take a smaller saucepan, I took 1 liter to throw out less oil and cook 4-5 balls each). Personally, my dough was not at all for the formation of balls (it spread a lot in my hands), but I wet my hands every time and just more or less tried to arrange the pieces, and as soon as I threw a couple of pieces of dough to fry, I turned them over almost immediately and they formed themselves into almost perfect balls, some kind of miracle! The size of the dough pieces with a walnut. Hot ones can be rolled in sugar or powder, and I just sprinkled on top. The crust is already very sweet!
