Ingredients

Wheat flour 600 g + -2 tbsp. l.
Water 350 g
Bacon 100 g
Onion 2 pcs.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Yeast press. 10 g

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough from flour, salt, sugar, yeast and warm water, cover with foil and put in a warm place to rise. I knead the dough in a bread maker, and I stir it in an accelerated way - in a microwave oven, turning it on twice for 10 seconds with an interval of 10 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, let the diced bacon simmer in a pan until the fat is melted and, adding finely chopped onion to it, fry the onion until golden brown.

  • Add the cooled mixture to the risen dough, knead it for five minutes, shape the bread and, covering it with a napkin, leave to rise for another twenty minutes.
