Stew with potatoes and cabbage (Polaris 0305)

Ingredients

Chicken meat (any other is possible) optional
Potatoes 6 pcs. large
Cabbage equal to the number of potatoes
Onion 2 pcs
Carrot 2 pcs
Celery 1 roll from the root crop
Water up to the 80 ml mark. in a multi-glass
Salt, black pepper taste
Tomato sauce 2 table. lodges

Cooking method

  • I cooked such a stew in a gas oven for many years. Here, I adapted this recipe for Paul. The taste came out exactly like an oven!
  • I cut the onion and celery into cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, pour everything into a frying pan, fry until golden brown, add tomato sauce at the end of frying, and simmer for a couple of minutes.
  • Salt chicken meat on both sides, fry a little in a skillet.
  • In the pressure cooker I turn on the "Fry" mode, without waiting for the "P" icon, but after a couple of minutes after turning on I pour out half of the water norm, add shredded cabbage there and put it out / soften it a little - 5-7 minutes. When the cabbage is "cooked" add: potatoes, frying. Pour the rest of the water from the multi-glass, salt, pepper, stir. We spread the vegetable mixture and place the meat among the vegetables. We pour all the "fat" which is melted from the meat.
  • We close the lid, "Extinguishing" mode, time - 30 minutes, pressure - 2.
  • After the signal, we leave for 30 minutes. on heating and keep it for the same amount of time under a closed lid, disconnecting it from the electricity.
  • Bon Appetit!

The dish is designed for

4 servings

Time for preparing:

About an hour, taking into account all these, but excluding heating

Cooking program:

"Frying" + "Stewing"

Note

I must say right away that the cabbage in the dish turns out to be soft. Before that, I just stewed cabbage and did not "weld" it in the "frying" mode before cooking, it turned out somehow damp. Everything is evenly soaked and even meat (due to stacking between vegetables)

Natalie@, you need to turn the photo and it looks like a face. Eyes, nose, smile. How about cooking in the oven according to the same principle?
Natalie@
Exactly! It looks like a face. Yes, in the oven, the principle is the same, but to achieve the same taste, I pour water almost on a par with the products and carcass for 1 hour 40 minutes.
