Cake "Caramel Girl"

Caramel Girl Cake

Ingredients

eggs 2 pcs
boiled condensed milk 1can
baking powder 1/2 pack or 5-7 gr
flour 130-140gr

Cooking method

  • Girls, I did not find this delicious variation of a milk girl on HP, so I decided to add a recipe)
  • The technology is the same as in the Milk girl
  • beat eggs with condensed milk for a minute or two
  • Pour in flour with baking powder and forget about the dough for half an hour))
  • on paper (good and expensive) draw a circle with a diameter of 20-22 cm (they fit on a baking sheet at once) and spread the dough with a spoon on paper (I take 2 tablespoons with a slide for one cake - it turns out 6 biscuits)
  • Bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 5 minutes, until light golden brown. The cakes are caramel-colored.
  • The cream can be any, today I invented a delicious and light one)) I was at home a can of "sissy" well, baby puree, whipped it with cream (I had vegetable ones, I didn't find natural ones in the store) and cut the apples into small pieces, poured icing on top chocolate-caramel (I'll write about it later)
