Duck baked in a slow cooker

Ingredients

Duck carcass - 2 Kg
Soy sauce - 6 tbsp. spoons
Honey - 2-3 st. spoons
Grated ginger - 1 tbsp. the spoon
Mustard - 1 tbsp. the spoon
Cognac - 3 tbsp. spoons
Lemon zest - 1 PC.
Orange zest - 1 PC.
lemon and orange save
Quince large 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Pickled 2 cycles in a marinator.
  • Cut the lemon and orange into 4 parts and put the quince inside the carcass, which was cut into 8 parts.
  • I put it on the breast in a cartoon ("Baking" mode for 40 minutes), drained the resulting fat, turned it over on its back and for another 35 minutes.
  • Voila! Bon Appetit!
  • The meat is the most delicate, everything bounces off the bones by itself (that's why the photo is not very beautiful, the bird broke when transferring from the multi, they did not apply gypsum - they ate it, humanistic doctors)

Time for preparing:

marinator - 2 cycles of 9 minutes, multi-cooker 40 + 35 min (time depends on the weight of the bird)
