Note
The recipe is dedicated to all dieters with a sweet tooth! It contains no more calories than curd, and tastes like a full-fledged souffle cake, or cake. Another important plus is that it takes no more than 10 minutes to prepare it! I cook it all the time. There can be a lot of variations in the recipe: use any berries or fruits (except kiwi), any jam. But after several experiments, I liked this dessert most of all in two variations: black currant + black currant jam, raspberry + raspberry jam. And instead of jam, you can use sugar, honey, sweetener, if you are on a strict diet. Add vanillin, cinnamon - a matter of taste. I use frozen berries, defrost them before cooking. There is no harm in this dessert, one benefit is berries and a lot of milk protein.
Want to please your guests? This recipe can be easily transformed into a souffle cake. To do this, cook it in a detachable form covered with parchment. Make a crust of blended cookies mixed with butter (at the rate of 200 grams of cookies per 100 grams of melted butter). Tamp and chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Then pour the curd mass and put it back in the refrigerator until it solidifies. You can also pour jelly for beauty - a matter of your taste and imagination! All that remains is to remove the form - and you have a wonderful low-fat cake ready!
