Ingredients

Milk 260ml
Eggs 2
Butter 180g
Wheat flour 600g
salt 1.5h l.
sugar 80g.
regular yeast, fresh 12.5g

Cooking method

  • I did everything according to the recipe as in the picture. Only instead of dry yeast (I tried with them, spoiled two rolls) I added fresh ones.
  • Yeast 1/8 of a pack of 100 grams was added to 50 ml. warm milk with a pinch of sugar. He waited until they start working, about 15 minutes. Then he poured it into the bread pan, to the rest of the milk. The milk should be warm, but not hot. I heat it up in the microwave for about 30 degrees. I pour the melted butter on top of the flour, in order not to harm the yeast, they are below, under the flour. The recipe recommends a light crust, but I made a medium crust. When everything is added, I bake on program number 6 (Sweet bread)

Made according to this recipe (500g) - very tasty and sweet. Almost biscuit.
