Ingredients

premium wheat flour 380 gram
premium wheat flour for colored dough 2-3 st. spoons
water 220 grams
dry yeast 6 grams
sugar 1 tbsp. the spoon
vegetable oil b / s 3 tbsp. spoons
tomato paste 1 tbsp. the spoon
salt 9 gram
Provencal herbs 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Bread Patterns Knead the dough of all products except tomato paste. I kneaded in a bread maker. Kneading 20 minutes. I put the dough in a warm place for 45 minutes.
  • Bread Patterns The dough is kneaded and divided into two parts. In one I added tomato paste, flour and Provencal herbs. Kneaded until the paste was evenly distributed. I set it up again for 45 minutes.

After proving, sprinkled the top of the bread with water and put it in the oven at a temperature of 240 degrees. After 10 minutes, the temperature was reduced to 180 degrees and baked until tender. My total baking time was 35 minutes.
  • If the top of the bread is very browned, cover it with foil.
  • We take it out of the oven. We take it out of the mold. Let it cool, cut it and enjoy the wonderful bread!
