Ingredients
Water 330 ml
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp l.
White bread flour 500 g
Powdered milk 1.5 tbsp. l.
Salt 1.5 tsp
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 2.5 tsp
Cooking method

I always bake on a medium loaf (the bread is bucket-high and very porous, so I think you can reduce the yeast, I'll try next time).
I also add a little dried garlic and herbs to the dough after 10-15 minutes of kneading, which I can get.
Yesterday I replaced 50 g of flour with oatmeal: it turned out great too, only I put in the same amount of yeast (I forgot).
The Fast program is designed for 1 hour 55 minutes!

For me, it has become relevant recently that fast bread on weekdays ... since there is absolutely not enough time.
The recipe was taken from some site (just don't remember which one). Maybe someone will come in handy.
The child loves this bread very much as the crust is crispy and the crumb is soft.

I think it can be replaced, only can then reduce the amount of dry. milk if the porridge is milk.

The author, however, has an ambulance program of 1 hour 55 minutes, and mine - 2 hours 10 minutes. Your HPs are very similar in characteristics: I have Rolsen, and you have Alaska. The author spelled everything correctly - the bread is baked on a fast program, the proofing is short - that's why an increased amount of yeast is added!

With a normal Basic (basic) program, there is a lot of this amount, the roof may fall, there is enough 1.7 tsp for 500 grams of flour. active yeast

And you have it all together in 58 minutes - 5 in one is not always good and high quality!
And besides, to raise the dough without proofing, you need a lot of yeast!

It turned out to be very good bread, considering that it is fast. In general, I put an end to the quick bread after the disappointing result of the quick recipe with semolina. I counted it for 400 grams of flour, but was mistaken and put the milk powder as if it was 500 grams. I reduced the pressed yeast to 15 grams (according to the recipe, 18 grams per 400 grams of flour came out), next time I will try to reduce it to 12 grams. I replaced the vegetable oil with ghee, reduced the sugar to 1 tsp, from the additives dry rosemary, thyme and garlic with a total volume of 0.5 tbsp. l. The rest is prescription. The result pleased me: tall, fluffy bread with a delicate crumb and a tasty crispy crust. Only the roof was blown off a little. In my bread maker / multicooker, Fast bread mode 1h 20 min. I never baked on it, because I'm afraid for the quality of the bread. And prescription yeast -2h. l per 500g. Flour Water-340ml. warm + salt-1 h. l, but sugar is already 4st. l! probably overkill! But you have to dare and bake according to this recipe. In the meantime, I will try to bake according to the "author's" recipe, I just have to use the Manual setting of the bread maker modes.
