Fresh horseradish, grated 4 tbsp
potatoes 4 things
onion 2 pcs
cream 100 ml
bouillon 100 ml
salt pepper
greens, crackers to serve

Cooking method

  • Unusual German soup for horseradish lovers. Horseradish can be replaced with ready-made. Saute the onion, add chopped raw potatoes to it and cook for 5 minutes with a little salt, fill with water and cook until the potatoes are ready, add the broth and puree the mass. Add the grated horseradish and cook for 5 minutes, add the cream, let it boil and remove from the heat. Finally, season with salt, pepper and your favorite pi-gravy. Serve with croutons. Adjust the amount of water to suit your taste when mashed, I got 1.5 liters of soup.
