Cookies with cottage cheese and apples

Ingredients

butter 100g
cottage cheese 100g
wheat flour 100g
Apple
sah. powder

Cooking method

  • The recipe is outrageously simple - mix butter, cottage cheese and flour. The dough is soft.
  • Notice that the recipe is sugar-free? This was the original recipe, but I put in a tablespoon of sugar. Try it, decide for yourself.
  • Peel the apple and cut into wedges. Roll out the dough approx. 3 mm, cut out circles and wrap each apple slice, folding the circle in half.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 170-180 degrees approx.
  • Sprinkle the finished cookies with icing sugar.

Note

Despite the fact that the recipe is so simple, the cookies turn out to be awesome, in the truest sense of the word - their husband and granddaughter ate them almost immediately, still warm. A little crunchy on top, soft inside, in general, simple, fast and tasty!

salomeya29, did, I report! I made a double portion at once (only I took 150 g of butter, there was no more). I put 2 teaspoons of sugar in the dough. The apples were small, 2 pieces. I cleaned it, cut it into slices, it turned out 30 pieces. I rolled the same number of balls from the dough, then flattened the flat cakes with my hands (I just don't like to roll out, cut out - there is a lot of waste and fuss, but here everything converges exactly and the labor costs are minimal). The kneading and making of the cookies took about 10 minutes, if not less, which is great !!!!
Well, in the oven for 20 minutes. Magically! Very tasty, and inspires all kinds of options. I will certainly do it with cinnamon or even all sorts of gingerbread spices for Christmas. It's clear that this is a basic recipe that must be dragged into the bins and tried to do it in every way!
