Potato boats with chicken liver

Ingredients

Potatoes 6 items
Chicken liver 400 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Sour cream 15% fat 100 g
Salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Peel the potatoes, cut in half and make indentations (boat).
  • Put a piece of chicken liver into each boat, salt and pepper, put a spoonful of sour cream on top and sprinkle with chopped onions.
  • Wrap the boats in foil (I wrapped three pieces each) so that the top of the foil does not come into contact with food (like a house).
  • Preheat the gas grill pan for about 4-5 minutes, load the boats and bake for about 25 minutes.
  • Then, open the grill lid, open the top of the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
