Ingredients

Champignon 0.5KG
onion 1 medium
rast. oil for lubrication
balsamic vinegar
draining. oil for frying
cheese taste

Cooking method

  • - carefully pull out the legs, chop
  • - fry them in sl. butter with onions
  • - mix with cheese, salt
  • - stuff the hats
  • - grease the caps with a mixture of rast. oil + balsamic
  • - bake for 5 + 15 minutes (5 minutes on high heat, 15 minutes on medium)
  • ps, I found this recipe in Temka about GG, I did not write down the author, I just decided to issue a department. recipe for convenience.
  • * put melted cheese

You do not fry them to preserve their juiciness, but simply cut them into small pieces so that they are in harmony with the entire filling. I honestly take the most inexpensive salami for these purposes. The main thing here is taste. Try it - you won't regret it.
