Bulb onions 2 pcs.
Carrot 2 pcs.
Dried root mix (parsley, celery, parsnip) 1 tbsp. l.

  • Pour the meat (I had a frozen turkey shoulder) with water (2.5-3 liters), put the peeled onion, carrot, roots, salt. Soup mode 30 min., Pressure 0.7. After the natural release of pressure, strain the resulting broth, remove the onion and carrots. Cool the meat, chop finely.

  • Separately, in a frying pan or in another slow cooker (I did it in Redmond RMC-01), fry finely chopped raw onions and carrots in butter (I used a Philips 1388 electric vegetable cutter, julienne disc).
  • After the natural release of pressure, add the fried onions and carrots, noodles and chopped meat to the Shteba bowl, turn on the "Soup" mode for 1 min., Pressure 0.7.
  • All!
  • Bon Appetit!

Checkmark, beautiful soup turned out! I salivated after reading the description of its preparation. But I am not capable of such feats, I need everything in a quick way, so that without much time and troubles.

Anna, thanks for your attention to the recipe. And I thought for a long time how to make the soup transparent. It is unrealistic without filtering. It's either fast or beautiful. Here's what I can say for sure: in Shtebe it turns out much tastier than on the stove. Although it takes longer to cook.
Rada-dms
Thanks for the technology !!! We will love this soup very much! :)

I, too, would like a transparent broth ... but I never get it like that. And I can't figure out why. and therefore my jellied meat is always, though tasty, but unclear And soon NG and again it is necessary to cook jelly ...
Rada-dms
Ivanovna5, I cooked the jellied meat in a new one, and it turned out to be cloudy, for the first time in my life, but soaked it only for 4 hours, but when the night is soaked with a change of water, it is transparent!

Rada-dms, Olenka, I always drain the first water after boiling and a short boil, I have been doing this for many years. Most likely I miss the moment when I need to reduce the fire. Checkmark, forgive me for another topic.
Rada-dms
Ivanovna5, I also drain, but it depends on the meat! And I've already put the soup for tomorrow! I also love to cook from the shoulder!: Rose:

I never drain the first water. I don't soak the meat in advance. If on the stove, then carefully remove the foam. If in a slow cooker, then filter the broth through a sieve.
Once I studied the question of how to clarify the broth. In old books it is advised to put 1 tbsp in strained broth. l. red caviar. It was always completely unreal for me. My grandmother put whole peeled carrots in water before the first boil. I always do the same. The broth is transparent. And when cooking jellied meat too. However, in the latter case, I cut the carrots lengthwise.

I'm sorry to get off to another topic.
Just everything in the subject. I also tried to achieve that the broth was transparent, like on the stove. I did it!

Galya, what a beautiful soup, I came across a link to your recipe in Shtebova's Temko. And how we love bean soup! I have already ordered Shtebochka, I am looking forward to it and looking after the recipes. I put a fat bird on your soup. I will do it most of all!
gala10
Tanya, thanks, I hope you enjoy the soup. Of course, I do it in several stages and for a long time, but we like the result.
Mona1
And I am also not a fan of one-stage, so it's very good. So the taste is better revealed.
gala10
Tanya, then tell me if you liked the result.
Mona1
Necessarily! The beans are already prepared! Now I would have to wait for Shtebochka to be brought in, I simply don’t have the strength to wait. I have already told my Dexik 60 that soon he will have a girlfriend, Fraulein Stebbie. So he's waiting too.
gala10
Good luck, Tanyusha! And make friends with Shtebochka!

Checkmark, well, here I am, I made soup. True, I did not do it entirely according to your technology, but I was inspired by your recipe. I added a bit of potatoes, and removed the noodles to make it more familiar to the option that my men eat, well, I had to adjust the recipe for my last year's oak beans, cook it with chicken at the first stage of cooking, then potatoes - on SOUP for 3 minutes, when the pressure was relieved, I stopped frying (onions with carrots), dried herbs and salted them, and - on languishing 94 degrees for half an hour. I did it on homemade chicken, here is the result, incredible deliciousness, thank you very much!

Tanyusha, thanks for the report! I am very glad that I liked the soup, and adjust it to suit your tastes - yes, you need any recipe.

gala10, Check mark, well, that's sho means, my mind for the mind went from work. For half a day I talked with a client Olechka. ))) Sorry, my friend, of course, Checkmark, right now I'll fix it.)))
gala10
Yes laaannaaaa, it's not a shame ... If only the soup to the yard came to the table ...
Umka
Galina, thank you so much for the recipe !!!

Girls, the soup is just extraordinary !!! Such a silky structure ... Just dumb !!! I've never gotten such a delicious bean soup before !!! In general, I made a couple of discoveries for myself: 1) what a great taste the turkey broth has; 2) soup without potatoes is just great, I think that it is because of its absence that it is so "silk" !!!
gala10
Ludmila, thanks for the tip. I am very glad that I liked the soup. Prepare for health and delight yourself and your family.
And I don't like potatoes in soup.
