Ingredients

wheat flour 200gr
vegetable oil 80ml
water (boiling water) 80ml
baking powder 1h
salt 0.3hl
vanilla (for sweet biscuits)

Cooking method

  • I got acquainted with this test recently and I liked it very much. It takes just one minute to cook, very pleasant to work with and you get very tasty lean biscuits and not only ...
  • I knead the dough in the Oursson commercial center, I think other kitchen appliances can do it too.
  • Pour flour, salt, baking powder into a bowl, add oil (I have corn) and hot water (I have from a cooler). We turn on the dough program for 1 minute. The dough is ready. Put it on a plate, put it in a ball, cover with a film or a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • We take it out of the refrigerator, knead the dough until smooth and roll it out thinly. (Like on dumplings)
  • Put any filling in the center, wrap the edges on the filling, sprinkle with sugar, nuts, sesame seeds or spices and bake.
  • In the oven for 30 minutes at 180 °. I baked in the Princess pizza maker for about 15-20 minutes. This test does not work with a very ruddy color; it does not need to dry for a long time.
  • Mix berries with starch and sugar. Berries from the freezer, do not defrost before baking.
