Ingredients

Cooking method

  • lean minced meat, vegetable:

  • Stuffed the prepared peppers with minced vegetables, put them in a slow lid. poured boiling water, added the remaining vegetables and a tablespoon of tomato paste. I put it on High mode for about 3-4 hours.

The potatoes do not feel like they are in the composition. My family was surprised when I said that there were potatoes, it turned out delicious. I have long wanted something vegetable, but nowhere did I find anything to stuff it with .. It also seems to me that Berner's slicing gave such an effect. A friend of mine adds parsnips, which is also very tasty! In general, I liked it and I did not regret it.
