CrenDel, I have small backlashes, of course, in the bucket and the drive from below, but I think they are not critical, and with grease they hardly feel like that at all, well, even if it is thinner at high temperatures, it doesn't matter.
sazalexter, yes, as luck would have it, outwardly I look at the plastic a little work, I will look at my leisure where what and how much, and then the last time I looked and already forgot! On the other hand, to stock up for the future ... God knows what can fail ...

Good day. Tell me please. The plastic gasket in front of the oil seal has torn. What can replace it?

This gasket is similar to PTFE.

There is fluoroplastic, but thicker. You will have to grind (

And what about the oil seal?

And what about the oil seal?
I have sd 2501. The blade began to spin tightly. The bread maker is probably 8 years old. Disassembled. The stuffing box crumbled in pieces. And two washers fell apart. I also don't understand what they were from. I ordered an oil seal from lg 8x20x7. I will change according to the instructions)
Olima
dimasikxp, and where did you order the oil seal? Can you drop the link?

Please post a photo of the oil seal and the replacement process here. I'd like to understand how the oil seal is pressed in the cage. If the washers are thin (0.5mm) brown, then they are made of getinax (d - 8mm, D - 14.7mm), which breaks only in this way. I, too, began to crumble. I found similar ones, from some Soviet tape recorder, such as Mayak, but I want to change to fluoroplastic, because it is flexible and glides better ...

The old oil seal has already been knocked out. I washed off the clip, took out the remains. A new one will come - I will upload a photo. Thanks for the washers. I will also do it from fluoroplastic.

Hands got around to change the oil seal.
1. Stopped the clip, took out the remnants of the old oil seal.

2. New oil seal with a clip.

3. Found a piece of PTFE tape, cut out a new gasket. It is, however, a little thinner. I think it's okay.

4. Put the oil seal into the cage. I went in without any problems. I inserted it with my fingers, with little effort. Sits tight.

5. Collected everything to the heap.

6. I baked bread.

I checked it after baking. Nothing leaks anywhere. And we'll see.

In the spring, I was sorting through the drive in the bread maker, my messages are a little higher. The oil seal was in good condition, soft and I did not change it, I bought only lubricant, I disassembled everything, cleaned and lubricated. Everything spun lightly and gently. Several months passed, 2 or 3 months, and something began to chomp in the stove, most likely in the stove itself there was something connected with a belt. We'll have to disassemble and look again. Nobody had such a thing?

There were problems with the belt - during rotation, the belt slid to the edge of the pulley, apparently stretched unevenly. He took off the belt, turned it over, put it on and it became normal. If it "chomps" during kneading, then you need to look at how there is a lock washer on the bucket drive shaft. Maybe she began to turn.

No. This was not the case. Maybe, as CrenDel says, the belt has stretched out.
Vladimir-K
CrenDel, thanks, I will disassemble and watch!
