Ingredients

Cheese 100-150g
Mayonnaise or country sour cream 2-3 st. l.
Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method

  • I have been making such cutlets for a very long time, they are prepared quickly, tasty and good even if cold or hot. Of course, I do not recommend warming them up, they become less juicy. It's not so long and not difficult to cook them fresh.
  • I often just have minced meat in the refrigerator and I fry and bake a couple as needed, but it's always fresh from the heat.
  • For these cutlets, in my opinion the minced meat should not be very finely scrolled and it does not need to be beaten for a long time. I often prefer to chop meat with a knife, but I also sin by chopping in a blender-chopper, I rarely do it through a meat grinder.
  • Three cheese on a fine or on a coarse grater, this again depends on what kind of cheese you took, suluguni is better here larger, it then melts so fabulously.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • It is better, of course, to use village sour cream, but in winter it is more problematic with us, so I add mayonnaise.
  • I mix the minced meat well, without fanaticism, you do not need to beat off.
  • Mine do not like cutlets fried in oil, so the option with the Princess suits me very much.
  • I fry the cutlets in a dry, preheated pan, thanks to the effect of a mini oven, the cutlets cook quickly, they turn out to be juicy and very fluffy.
