Ingredients

Chicken fillet 0.5kg
eggplant 1 PC
Bulgarian pepper 1 PC
Tomatoes 2 pcs
large onions 1 PC
cilantro ~ 50g
balsamic vinegar 1-1.5 tbsp. spoons
salt
vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Cut chicken fillet into cubes, vegetables into small cubes. In a large frying pan, fry the onion until transparent, add the chicken, fry, stirring for 7-10 minutes, then put all the other vegetables, fry until the pepper is pleasantly soft. So that it doesn't fall apart. Season with salt, vinegar, mix gently, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, mix again. Done))
  • We really like both hot and cold, sometimes we use it as a filling in pita.
