  • 1. Cover the bottom of the multicooker bowl with a parchment circle.
  • 2. Beat eggs (not dividing into whites and yolks) with sugar, vanilla sugar - 5 minutes, at low speed of the mixer.
  • 3. We increase the speed of the mixer to the maximum and beat the egg mass for another 10 minutes. The mass should turn white, become airy and increase in volume by 3 times.
  • ** Make a groove in the beaten eggs with your finger, if they are beaten correctly, the groove will not disappear.
  • 4. Mix flour, starch and baking powder. Sift the flour mixture (in 3 steps) into the egg-sugar mass, gently stirring (with enveloping movements) after each addition.
  • ** It is very important to preserve the airy structure of the beaten eggs when mixing.
  • ** The finished dough should not be thick, it should be light and creamy.
  • 5.Using a silicone spatula, put the dough into the multicooker bowl and scroll the bowl a couple of times around its axis so that a hat does not form in the finished biscuit.
  • 6. We bake 40 sponge cake in the "Baking" mode,
  • ** We check the biscuit for a "dry stick" and if the biscuit is not baked, add another 10 -20 minutes of baking.
  • ** In the "Baking" mode, the default baking time is 1 hour, when 20 minutes remain, I press the "Stop / Cancel" button.
  • 7. Take out the bowl with the biscuit from the multicooker, let it stand for 5 minutes, use a spatula to separate the sides of the biscuit from the sides of the bowl and turn the biscuit onto the wire rack.
  • 8. Let the biscuit cool completely and you can drink tea!

Thanks for the recipe!
Most of all I was afraid that the mixer would burn out - usually they are designed for 3-5 minutes of continuous work, certainly not 15.
I reduced the time a little, to 10 minutes, and still the biscuit came out beautiful and tall - 5 centimeters in height.

Can you please tell me, but bake with the valve closed? I have a multicooker-pressure cooker, I baked with the valve open, (and the instructions say so) - 50 minutes. The sides and bottom burned badly ... Inside, the whole bowl was smeared with sl. oil .. Maybe try another mode? Or less time to put?
