  • Grind the softened butter with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  • Prepare chocolate pudding (as written on the package) with 250 ml milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Refrigerate.
  • Add pudding, ground almonds and brandy to the butter in parts. Mix. The cream is ready.
  • Assembly:
  • Cut the cake into 2 parts. I was afraid that the cakes would be dry and soaked them a little with sweet coffee.
  • Put the cream on the bottom.

  • Put the second cake on top and grease the sides with cream.
  • Glaze:
  • Now you need to melt the butter, add powder (you can also sugar), cocoa and mix well.

  • Now we put the cake in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
  • Draw a drawing on the cake with a white sugar pencil. If you don't have a pencil, you can make a frosting with powdered sugar and lemon juice.

Tell me, what can replace pudding, or where can I buy it?
notglass
journeyman, Oetker pudding contains starch and vanillin. This and replace.
Ludmil_a
journeymanAnna is right. You can take 4 teaspoons of starch, cocoa and vanillin. Mix. And then cook it like a pudding. Or you can replace it with a bag of chocolate cake cream.

You can take 4 teaspoons of starch, cocoa and vanillin
just 4 tsp each, or kakako and vanillin in other proportions?
Ludmil_a
Starch 4 tsp, cocoa can also be 4 tsp, vanilla sugar in a bag. Milk is about 250 ml, if it turns out very thick, you can add a little more milk.
