In the early 18th century, pudding in southern Thuringia and Upper Franconia was prepared as a side dish to wedding meals. Now it is an attribute of the Christmas table and Sunday addition to the roast.

As soon as I saw the recipe, I immediately caught fire to make it. There was just a dried matnakash, tore it not finely, kneaded according to the Basic recipe, I just forgot to add flour. I didn't have time to cook for an hour (although it would be interesting to cook in a napkin), I decided to do it in the microwave. I wrapped it in a film of "sausage" with a diameter of 5 centimeters, put it on for 3 minutes, plus gave it a "rest" for a couple of minutes. Despite the lack of flour, it was cut into slices very evenly, did not fall apart. And .. what a delicious he was. I ate it with sour cream, and could not stop)) I treated my parents, they also liked it very much, but they liked it so much that I had to immediately cook pudding # 2, though from a regular loaf.
Now I cook it in the microwave. Very comfortably. There is one minus - much more bread is eaten in the form of this pudding than in the form of just bread ..
