Hello to all the owners of marfush.
I recently purchased a new model 48324. At first I experimented as I got used to my bread recipes and basically do everything by eye and touch. Before the bread maker, I baked quite successfully in a Redmond slow cooker, but I got tired of having to turn the bread over each time and decided to buy a bread maker. After a long search, the choice fell on this model. In general, the result of the bread suits me very much. But there was a technical problem. This model has the function of folding the kneading screw at the end of the second phase of kneading the dough, and as a result, after baking, the hole from it remains very small. How it works: The screw makes several turns clockwise and then sharply counterclockwise, so it folds. So I had a problem with this. This function began to work at the 3rd stage of the proofing of the dough, that is, when the dough has already been kneaded and has already stood for 20 minutes at the end of the proofing phase. In this case, the whole dough is twisted and, accordingly, as a result, crooked bread comes out. Now I have to follow this process and immediately align the dough, or just take out the screw right after kneading, but again I need to be tied to the process. And most importantly, now the dough does not have enough time to rise, because after a long enough time, it was mixed again, and it seems like the proofing process started anew. I went to the service center, after checking it, they told me that no problem was found. That they made a comparison with another similar new stove, and that it works one-to-one with mine and, accordingly, was refused replacement or repair. After all, I know for sure that initially everything was fine with me. Can anyone have the same model? Share how it works for you.
In addition, can anyone know the stoves of which companies are identical to this model? Maybe I'll find out from them.
I would be grateful for any comments on this issue.
