Cooking method

The dough seemed liquid, I added another 30-40 grams of flour. And it was still watery. This dough was poured into the Tefalevsky form D 24cm. Baked at a temperature of 165 grams without convection for 1.5 hours. And then I made a mistake - I tested the dough with a thin wooden stick. There was no batter on it. The cupcake fits well, I got it out and after 5 minutes it settles on me. It turns out that on the one hand it was baked, and on the other - raw.I sent him back to bake in the oven. Naturally, the result will no longer be good. Then she took the cupcake out of the mold and took a picture. Have not tried it yet. We will try tomorrow. Keeps the form.
