Chicken with potatoes in the oven

Ingredients

Chicken (I have thighs) 1 kg
Potatoes 1 kg
Marinade:
Mustard* 3st. l.
Tomato paste 2st. l.
Olive oil 2st. l.
Bulb onions 2 pcs
Garlic 3 tooth
Ground black pepper 1h l.
Salt 1.5h l.
Pumpkin seeds 3st. l.

Cooking method

  • Chop the onion. pass the garlic through a press. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade.
  • * I had 4 hours instead of ready-made mustard. l. mustard seeds. grinded in a coffee grinder and mixed with 2 tbsp. l. oils.
  • Cut the chicken into portions, mix with the marinade, put in the refrigerator for a day. I had hips, I had removed the skin beforehand.
  • 30 minutes before cooking, put potatoes, cut into large slices, to the chicken, mix. I managed. that the chicken was marinated for 2 days. and potatoes for a day.))
  • Place the stew with the marinade in a fireproof dish. Bake in an oven preheated to 200C until the potatoes are soft. The exact time depends on your oven. I have 30 minutes.
  • Serve with the resulting sauce.
