Hello dear forum members, I want to apologize in advance if I created a topic in the wrong section.
I ask for your help.
For a week now, I can't figure out how to cook puff pastry in such a way - so that the cookie is like in the photo.
What I just didn’t do, and I took different margarine and put it in different amounts and interrupted the dough in a smaller number of times and kept it differently in the freezer and made different thickness and the temperature in the oven was a wound - the result is always the same. Either the dough is raw due to the low temperature, or the dough has been opened (unfolded).
I understood this cookie like this - I mixed the dough, interrupted it with margarine, it lay down, I just interrupted it again, then I roll it out on the table, cut it into pieces, fold it so that it looks like in the photo, I even coat it with an egg to glue the dough. Then I put it in the oven, the result, as I said, is one. DOES NOT WORK.
I really ask for help, maybe someone knows how this is done?
Help me pick up the dough
I cannot understand why the dough opens up, it rises and opens up for me, and in the photo, apparently, it does not grow in the oven at all.

What is in the box is called "baklava" and it is prepared from hard unleavened dough, a layer of nut mass, pouring sugar honey syrup.
Check out the cooking principle here:

Thank you for your answer, but this is not baklava. This is from the same test, other types.

Here is the cookie on the second, third photo, it is so wrapped that at the slightest temperature in the oven, it opens up for me. I cannot understand why and what needs to be done with it so that it remains in its original form, like theirs.
