Ingredients

Lean pork 4-5 pcs.
nutmeg pinch
grated hard cheese 4 tbsp. l
breadcrumbs 4 tbsp. l
horseradish creamy 4 tsp
mustard 4 tsp
egg 1 PC
salt pepper
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • For this dish, I took a pork tenderloin and cut it diagonally into 5 pieces.
  • The tenderloin is very soft, so you don't need to beat it off, just spread it out with your hands.

  • Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  • Spread mustard on one side and horseradish on the other.
