Recommendations for cooking milk porridge in a slow cooker
To avoid milk boiling away and get the desired result, it is recommended to do the following before cooking:
• thoroughly rinse all whole grain cereals (rice, buckwheat, millet, etc.) until the water is clear;
grease the multicooker bowl with butter before cooking;
• strictly observe the proportions, measuring the ingredients according to the instructions from the recipe book (reduce or increase the amount of ingredients strictly proportionally);
when using whole milk, dilute it with drinking water in a 1: 1 ratio.

! The properties of milk and cereals, depending on the place of origin and manufacturer, may differ, which sometimes affects the results
cooking.
If the desired result in the "MILK Porridge" program has not been achieved, use the universal "MULTI-COOK" program.
The optimum temperature for preparing milk porridge is 95 ° C
... Set the amount of ingredients and cooking time according to the recipe.

this is something new, I haven’t heard about multicooker with such a function. I like the functionality, it looks like mine, the bowl is large and the ceramic is a plus. The Ready for Sky function is unfamiliar, but, I think, it was not just invented, it means there is a need for it) Especially for lazy Internet users who cannot tear themselves away) and then clicked - and it started. Interestingly, it will only be in one color?
Alex315
an interesting novelty, very modern, I have definitely never seen such functions anywhere else. of course I would like to listen / read the first users.

hmm .... what's the catch? She herself will not rush to the refrigerator in the absence of the owners, which means that the hostess will have to lay the food, and there is a timer to turn on at the right time
and no need to think about the presence of special devices, redmont is now still in load and telecommunications equipment is promoting?

but it seems to me it will find its users, in a country house, for example, for not poor students - you sit in the university and set up a cartoon, you come and you have a tasty treat. or parents can cook for children from a distance) it is clear that the food itself will not be thrown into it, but it seems to me to manage as intended by the manufacturer - it is convenient.

There is a similar version on the next forum.
One more example. You live with an elderly mother who cannot and is afraid of technology. Now you do not need to explain on the phone what, where, where to click. You just need to say "Open the lid, put the food, close the lid and move away) the rest you will do everything yourself, correctly and you will be able to follow the preparation.
Apparently the company had a "brainstorm" that at least some application options were being voiced.
Fimia
And in my opinion this multicooker may be in demand in the future. For some reason, I immediately found a use for it, for example, you are tired from work, on the road you ask the multicooker what is cooking, you come home - everything is already ready, you just need to prepare the food in advance)

Alex315
I don’t know why many are skeptical about this kind of new products. for me, everything is better than those who do not develop at all and do not throw new items on the market or mold the same thing. although any new, unexplored technique always causes conflicting opinions, those who are more modern are happy to take an interest, those who are conservatives groan and gasp, to each his own.

the fact is that in reality, it is very doubtful that this function is needed and will actually be used. Do you know a lot of devices that people use remotely?
Redmont and in the presence of the hostess issues jambs, personally checked, and even remotely, it's scary to even imagine what she (the multicooker) will do there, how she will perceive the commands given to her

And how much does this slow cooker actually cost if you remove this "cool" function? I think about good quality, here you can not talk, I draw conclusions from personal experience, if my pan costs 14 tons, and only the 3rd works correctly (for now), but here is a fashionable twist, and all 9-10 tons ... Therefore, she has a pre-order, they themselves are not sure whether there will be demand, first we collect orders, then we launch production / purchase.

And you can promote anything you want, the modern consumer, following the tribute to fashion, and with proper marketing, everything "eats".

Virgo, the main thing in a multicooker is the correct operation of the modes. Everything else - WiFi, Sky - it's all extra. bonuses, nothing more. Therefore, it is important that the multicooker itself is carefully adjusted so that there are no fears of using it remotely. Often we are afraid to cook in slow cookers with a delay for the night (while we are at home) so that the crooked mode does not suit us a "good" morning. In addition, there is always a risk if the appliances are used unattended (when we cook with an adjournment for dinner while we are at work). The same risks exist with this technology - remote control. But, as I said, I do not see situations in which such management would be necessary, and proposals with mom, children, etc. are far-fetched (IMHO, of course). And one more thing ... Internet control implies the possibility of Internet access. How? WiFi? SIM card?
Larssevsk
Mannochka, so myzh absolutely agree with you. I go to work 3 times a week with a delayed start. By evening, dinner for the men is ready without my presence. The soul never even skipped a beat during work - how is it there, will they not remain hungry. My hostesses without WiFi and Sky do a great job with three men without my presence. And they don't look for good from good

P.S. But I would still look at REAL Sky users out of curiosity
Alex315
well, we didn’t even dream about automatic washing machines and smartphones and a lot of kitchen appliances and seemed to be something incredible, then we got used to nothing and now we choose - the most modern phone, washer and hob to use the latest technology, so cartoons are also developing, why not?! I looked on their website - they were no longer on pre-order, but went on sale, but the management, as I understood through bluetooth, will be carried out, well, I understood this, but how is it really there - we will wait for someone new, who will buy it and tell how does she "steer"

Anyway, if my idiot has enough brains to get meat out of the refrigerator without me, chop onions, garlic, sauce, spices, herbs, then he will have enough brains to press the "start" button. The same goes for the old mother. If she is forced to throw the sick food into the multicooker pan, then she will somehow get to the "start" button

I read that you can not only run it from the phone, but also completely control it - change the settings in the cooking process.You can't just do this in advance) It also seems to me that there is a customer for every new product and function. For example, touch phones did not inspire confidence in me for a long time. Now I can't imagine otherwise.) Since they invented it, it means that there was a demand for it

Lord, where am I proving?)) I wrote one message, agreeing with one of the authors above, who said that the model will find its buyer (in my opinion, not even one person wrote such a thing there). I also think there will be buyers on it who will find its features useful. As always happens in everything. As far as I understand, in addition to the multicooker through the application, you can also control other Redmond equipment - here it is 100% convenient for me, now almost all smartphones are still used and are not letting go, so why not steer the equipment in the same way. free money will think that I will make up my mind.

but I still don’t understand your position ... we are discussing the multicooker model - everyone is expressing their opinion, but no one except you just imposes it, and you are right with such a negative right away - it's nonsense to think so, etc. I I wrote already above - someone loves modern devices and is happy with new developments, someone is a conservative and it is not clear to him what and how in modern technology and why certain new functions are needed, but not negative because of this ...

Yes, in principle, in any multicooker, you first need to put food, but only then either a delay or, like in this model, via the phone. Well, at least I think that it is unnecessary to be so categorical, it can be a really useful function

I completely agree with you! before, no one had heard of multicooker, and two years ago I had no idea what to do with it, but now I use it in full and can no longer imagine how I would sometimes cope without it) maybe after a while I will decide on this skycooker

Lying on the couch, manage cooking or heating / heating Well, as for me (this is in my mind), throw the necessary products into the multicooker and do not stand in the kitchen, but play / change / put the child to bed and can control the preparation of any dish, its time and temperature cooking (this is really convenient, especially when you need to change programs during the cooking process)

Probably, the multicooker is the same as that of Alex 315: redmond RM10, Redmond RMC-02, Redmond RM011 and Redmond PM-180 of which at least 2 are "Your first multicooker". Sisters and mothers also have 250, 140 and more. pl. others.
Julia_Oleynik
No, I didn't guess such models and I don't use the manufacturer myself, and my mothers and my brother don't have them either. In the future, I'm thinking of buying a 250 model (there are many good reviews for her), but now that's not about that. I did not like that such a novelty was received with hostility, because if there is a product, then there is a demand.

as far as I understood through bluetooth, you can control it within 50 meters, but if there is a skybox or skybox (and this is just a receiver, at the dacha several friends have a cable instead of a cable one), then you can control it at a distance of several hundred km

I was very lucky to be the owner of this novelty from Redmond and I want to defend this model, but without advertising or insisting, otherwise the emotional forum users will "bite" here I will share my experience, so to speak) I use this cartoon for a relatively short time, but extremely satisfied ...In addition to the traditionally excellent dishes that my cartoon prepares, now I can control it from my beloved Android. In my opinion, this remote control is very convenient to control - you can change and set various programs, settings, choose a recipe that I want, I often add programs of my favorite dishes, so I always have them at hand

I would like to be specific. Is it possible in details, photos? What settings, what recipes, how exactly do you use the application, how often, what dishes do you cook? How does the multicooker behave in the milk mode? What kind of baked goods do you get?
Anastasiyushka
Arina, I'm just thinking about this model, there are a lot of questions for you, in general, I realized that you were satisfied with it?) Does this all work for bluetooth? What is the distance? Does this application slow down?) Sorry for failing, I'm just interested in the opinion of the person who uses this miracle)
Arina
Quote: Manna

I will concretize, no problem
With regards to milk - there is a special mode in the cartoon, it is called "languor", if you want to make baked milk, there are also programs "yogurt" and "milk porridge", in fact, I use them most often. Just a moment - when using whole milk, it is advisable to dilute it with water (in a 1: 1 ratio)
The baking is excellent, no one has ever complained. I cook pies, muffins, biscuits - very tasty, golden crust, baked well - generally happy.
Regarding the program settings, that is, there are 3 ways to start - these are "quick start", "program installation" (here I can set the program and time manually) and "recipes" - respectively, I choose the recipe that is necessary. In "quick start" you can add programs for your favorite dishes, thus remembering them. In the settings there is a recipe book, and there we can choose, depending on the category (be it "Baking", "Fermented milk products", etc.) In general, a very convenient application.
Here, you can, if interested, see a photo of the settings:

I am very satisfied The application does not slow down, there have not been such nuances yet, the speed is excellent, the program works well. Distance 50 m, catches excellent from a 3-room apartment. Quite right, it works on bluetooth. And also there is a wonderful attachment that can be bought separately, with its help the distance increases, that is, you can use cartoons not only within the apartment, and this is great
