Lorraine chicken pie

Ingredients

flour 400g
butter 200g
water or milk 6 tbsp. l.
boiled potatoes 300g.
ready-made chicken 400g
mushrooms 150g.
eggs 5 pieces
cream (sour cream) 150g.
salt, 1 tbsp. l. flour, pepper, caraway seeds, a bunch of greens
bacon or bacon 75-100g

Cooking method

  • Beat the smooth dough out of flour, finely chopped butter and water (milk) with a mixer. Roll out to size a little larger than the form, grease the form with oil and put the dough into it, forming the edges. Pierce the bottom with a fork in some places and leave in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Boil the forest mushrooms for 10-15 minutes and cut into thin slices, just cut the mushrooms. Mix eggs with cream (sour cream) with a fork, add flour, salt, spices, chopped herbs and chicken. Take out the form with the dough, lay out the bottom with bacon (bacon), put potatoes cut into slices on top, then mushrooms. Add the egg and chicken mixture and smooth. Bake for 180-190 * C 35-40 minutes.

Note

A very quick, tasty and satisfying pie with ready-made potatoes and chicken (apparently from yesterday). Since I had everything in stock, the whole preparation took about 20 minutes. I cooked in the "Princess" pizza maker for 25 minutes from a cold state, left it in the turned off oven for another 10 minutes.
