Ingredients

butter 150 g
sugar 60 g
flour 200 g
cocoa 30 g
almond flour 50 g
yolk 1 PC.
salt pinch
Filling:
poppy 100 g
sugar 50 g + 50 g
cottage cheese 200 g
eggs 1 + 1 pcs.
starch 1 + 1 st. l.
marzipan 50 g
vanilla
cherry for decoration
pistachios for decoration

Cooking method

  • Shortcrust pastry:
  • Mix flour with cocoa and salt. Beat butter with sugar. Combine with flour, add yolk. Knead a smooth dough. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Roll out the dough 0.5 cm thick and put in a mold. Put baking paper and any load (peas, beans, etc.) on top. Bake at 190 deg. 10 min. Remove the load.
  • Filling:
  • Cover the poppy with hot water for 1 hour. Strain. Grind with sugar in a blender. Add egg and starch.
  • Mix cottage cheese with sugar, eggs and starch. Add vanilla.
  • Put in a sand base - first a strip of poppy, then a strip of cottage cheese, and so on.
  • Add cherries and grate marzipan. Decorate with pistachios.
  • Bake at 180 degrees. 20 minutes.
