Cooking method

We mix all the cottage cheese, 1 pack of pudding, 2 yolks and half the sugar. Since I could not find pudding in my city, I replaced it with 40g of potato starch + 1 sachet vanillin. I also had rustic cottage cheese, large, and I had to go through a lot with a blender

Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 70 minutes. Cool slightly with the oven turned off. And we put it in the cold to stand for 12 hours.
