Cottage cheese-orange muffins with lingonberry

Ingredients

Eggs 2 pcs.
Cottage cheese 200 gr.
Sugar 150 gr.
Butter 50 gr.
Baking powder 2 tsp
Flour 200 gr.
Orange 1 PC.
Lingonberry 1 glass (250 ml.)

Cooking method

  • Remove the zest from the orange and squeeze the juice. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add sugar, melted butter, juice and zest, mix. Beat in eggs, mix well. Pour in the sifted flour mixed with baking powder, mix until smooth. Add lingonberries, stir well. Put the dough in muffin tins, bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes
