Agree! Lorik has his own style!
I always look at pictures of new recipes in the upper left corner of the forum - I immediately figure out that the recipe belongs to Lorik. I have never been wrong.

Thank you, my dear ones ... Yes, outwardly croquettes are pretty, but I want to say frankly - I still don't have enough spices in German cuisine, if I stick to the original recipe and do not deviate from it. Everything in this kitchen is somehow straightforward, simple, satisfying and without frills. In connection with this recipe, even an interesting collision occurred. I first wrote the name that he had on the German website: translation - "Little taste". And she even rejoiced: how true and true what is, that is - potatoes, onions, pork! And clever-Lerele (thanks to her) wrote to me in a personal that the name is translated differently!

Well, if you translate literally, then a little taste, but when the translation is done artistically, then the meaning is clearly delicious, meatballs with meat, what could be tastier?
Plus, what do you call the schooner .. so a positive name is clearly better
As for spices, there are really few of them in old German cuisine, but in modern recipes I would not say. And so I agree, simple, satisfying, a lot of dough, meat, sausages and fat.
