margarine 60 g
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
any minced meat seasoned with chopped medium onion 500 g
cheese 200 g

Cooking method

  • Grind flour with your fingers with yeast. Add warm liquid, lightly mixed egg, salt, sugar, flour without 2 tablespoons. Mix well with a combine. Cover with foil and leave for 7-8 minutes. Take out the dough on a table covered with flour. Grease hands with rast oil. The dough should be perfect for rolling out. But in view of the fact that the protein content of my flour is very different from the one that is usually indicated in recipes, bring the dough to a pleasant state by dusting while kneading. Divide the gingerbread man into three parts. When working with one, keep the rest under the film so that they do not dry out. Roll. Make circles of blanks with a glass. Remove the surplus for the pending test. Dust the blanks and cover with foil.
