Two omelets (Steba DD1 and DD2)

Ingredients

l for apple omelet:
apples 2 pcs.
eggs 6 pcs.
milk 250ml
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
flour 1 tbsp. l.
butter, cinnamon
----------------------------------
for omelet with mushrooms:
mushrooms 100g
fresh cabbage 100g
bulb 1 PC
eggs 6 pcs
cream (sour cream) 200g.
flour 1 tbsp. l.
grated cheese 50g
butter, salt, spices, herbs
raw smoked brisket (bacon, lard) 75-100g

Cooking method

  • These two omelets can be steamed or directly in the bowl. In any case, it turns out magnificently and tasty. I cooked in ceramic cups and a non-stick bowl. When cooking with steam, you must first pour 1.5 liters of water into the bowl, place the pots in a special stand, you do not need to close the pots with lids. Pour to about 2/3 of the height of the pot. Cooking on the Steam program for 20 minutes. When cooking directly in the bowl, cook on the program "Porridge" 0.3 or "Simmering +" 110 * C 25 minutes.
  • Apple omelet. It can serve as a dessert and is generally liked by children. Finely chop the apples, sprinkle with sugar and leave to give juice. If we are going to cook in a bowl, then the apples should be lightly fried in butter on the Roast for 10 minutes. At this time, we dilute the flour in cold milk or cream, add the eggs one at a time, simply stirring with a fork or whisk (no need to beat!), Add the apples along with the juice and pour into oiled cups or directly into a non-stick bowl. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
  • Omelet with mushrooms. Finely chop the onion and fry on the "Roast" (set for 20 minutes) with chopped brisket (bacon) for 5 minutes, add chopped cabbage and mushrooms (boiled forest or raw mushrooms) until the end of the program. At this time, dissolve the flour in cream (sour cream) and add eggs and salt one at a time. If we cook in a bowl, pour the prepared egg mixture into the bowl with the mushrooms and stir. If cooking in pots, stir the fry with the egg mixture and pour into the oiled pots. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Serve sprinkled with herbs.
  • On steam, the omelette increases greatly in size and crawls out of the pot, but after cooling it quickly drops, although it remains very fluffy. This is how the pots look after cooling:

  • And here is a cut of the apple version from the pot:
  • Two omelets (Steba DD1 and DD2)
  • This is what a mushroom omelet looks like from half the recipe (3 eggs) from a bowl:

Oh you!Linadoc, awesome omelette !!!!! Here I am cool about omelets, but I would try such deliciousness!
Linadoc
Gulnara, yes, very lush omelettes are obtained. Children ask for an apple for breakfast, they like it very much. Although, when I did it for the first time, it was unusual - a sweet fruit omelet. And then I decided for myself that it was a dessert, I calmed down, and it went well. I still sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

There is nowhere to put, and so the second Headquarters would clean up

Mom daragaya, what omelets I will definitely cook on the weekend
Linadoc
Ira, come on, Irish! Delicious and lush!

Damn, that's a shame, but I don't have such pots. But there are two tiny silicone molds. Will they fit? Maybe someone cooked or knows. Hostess, please respond
Linadoc

But there are two tiny silicone molds.
Rinawill certainly do.Only they need to be filled by 2/3, not more, and put into water, but so that water does not get inside. You can try in one large silicone mold.
RinaPetit
Linadoc, thank you for the answer. I have two of them and they are with krishechkas, so I'll try one without a lid, one with a lid. I'll see if water gets in or not. The molds are too small, but enough for one person to eat. I will try, learn

Linadoc,
Lina, I saw your omelet recipe late. For some reason I didn't find him yesterday. I made my own version on the Simmering + mode at 100 C in 30 minutes. I was ready, but it turned out pale. Now I'll try, as you do.

LinadocWhat beautiful omelets you have :-)! Forgive me, I did not understand one moment, if you pour the mixture into a bowl and cook on the "Porridge" grinder, then how many minutes should I set it? (I have DD1 languor only up to 88 grams) will not work. I love omelets with vegetables very much. Did the other day. First, "Frying" onions, peppers, zucchini for 10 minutes, and then poured the egg-milk mixture and ... not knowing what to press ... pressed vegetables for 3 minutes oh, 7b. After. Ignata lost 3 minutes. I opened it and ... there was a very ardent omelette :-) :-) :-). Delicious! And I have zero experience :-). Steba lasted 3 days in total :-). But it turns out that you need to turn on the porridge mode !!!!! I will try.
Linadoc
mamusiif in a bowl, then the same 25 minutes.
natushka
Lina, I want your omelet. I have a silicone form with a flower and it just fits on the bottom of the MV, I want to make it in it. Only her height is 3-3.5 cm in total, at least for one person is it enough to make an omelet like this? Still, water should probably be poured into the saucepan up to the edge of the mold, but then it will boil out quickly or is it better to do it on a stand and more water?
mamusi
Linadoc, Thanks for the quick response! I will cook today your way

The girls can tell me if the steam dish in DD1 can be covered with something (foil ... baking paper) and bake casseroles and omelettes in it "for a couple" (somewhere I caught a glimpse of such information and forgot where exactly). .. or can I put something else on the stand? My silicone mold is more than a bowl multi-june will not work1 What if a plastic container for storing food ??? Pliiiz, answer who knows! Thank you very much in advance)))
Linadoc
natushka, if done on steam, then in a form on a stand and water in a bowl. If done on "Porridge", then pour a little water in a bowl without a stand - about 1-1.5 cm.

is it possible to cover the steam dish in DD1 with something (foil ... baking paper) and bake casseroles and omelettes in it "steamed" (somewhere I saw such information briefly and forgot where exactly) ... or put on stand something else you can?
mamusi, you can cover the steamer form with a film and cook in it on a stand, or you can put some suitable form right into the water into the bowl. Or you can just in a non-stick bowl.
natushka
Lina, thanks !! I did it on the Steam program, I didn't risk it on Kasha, at a pressure of 0.3 the porridge does not cook. It turned out very tasty.
mamusi
Linadoc, Thanks for answers! And forgive me, but I'm new to this ... few people write about the valve here in recipes, but for me it is important to know every time ... Is it open or closed in this program. Today I cooked an omelet right in the bowl .. on the porridge mode (it was made of three eggs) and I set it for 10 minutes ... it worked out. I closed the valve. (I don’t know if it’s correct.) And it goes without saying - as I understand it, if you cook in the form of steam - then the valve is also CLOSED? Thank you for your patience with newbies!))))) For a few days I have only been cooking at STEBE)))) / I am going through an internship!
Linadoc
mamusi, for steam it is possible with both open and closed valves. When the valve is closed on the "Steam" program, the Shtebochka will be indignant (squeak), and when open, it will spit. Therefore, you can do, for example, on "Vegetables" 0.7 with a closed valve. It will turn out the same, but without a squeak.
mamusi
Linadoc, THANK YOU again! What to do - questions arise like mushrooms after rain! Actually, for the first time I did it on a whim ... and did it - on vegetables. But it's scary like that. I only have a steam omelet in the instructions. I will adapt the form - I will try!
