Zucchini under milk mushrooms

Ingredients

Zucchini 1.5 kg ready-made

Ground black pepper 0.5 tbsp. l

  • "Peel the zucchini, cut into slices rather coarsely so that the slices resemble chopped mushrooms. If the core of the zucchini is loose, then it must be cut, otherwise the effect of milk mushrooms will not work," the website says. I did everything, but still the "effect of milk mushrooms" did not work. (Maybe I don't understand milk mushrooms). But it turned out very tasty !!
  • Peeled, cut the zucchini, chopped the dill and garlic, mixed everything else for the marinade, poured the zucchini, mixed and left to marinate for 3 hours. I mixed it twice during this time. (I tried it - it seemed that there was too much salt. But the next day, when the sample was taken again on the remains, it turned out that the salt was exactly right!)
  • I put it in boiled half-liter jars, trampling it down with a spoon, sterilized it (in a heated airfryer) for 10 minutes, rolled it up, didn't wrap it up.
