Ingredients

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut lard into cubes and melt in a frying pan until crackling. Remove the greaves from the fat on a separate plate.

  • 2. Cut the onion into cubes and fry in grease. Chop the parsley and send to the onion, stew together for a couple of minutes.

  • 3. Pour flour into a bowl, add eggs, salt, pepper, grate potatoes. Knead a rather tough but pliable dough. If suddenly the dough is too tight, add a couple of tablespoons of milk.

  • 5. Roll out the dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick. Lubricate it with a mixture of onions and parsley, sprinkle with nuts and cracklings. Roll up into a roll with a silicone mat. Squeeze the roll tightly with your hands.
