Curd dough braids

Ingredients

flour 400 g
cottage cheese 200 g
milk 100 ml
sugar 120 g
eggs 2 pcs
yeast 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
yolk 1 PC
sprinkling poppy

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast in warm milk (I replaced it with water).
  • Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.
  • Beat eggs with sugar.
  • Add the sifted flour and remaining ingredients.
  • Turn on the bread maker on the "Dough" mode.
  • Form braids or buns of any other shape from the finished dough.
  • Place the products on a greased baking sheet. Cover with a towel and let stand for another 20 minutes.
  • After the bun, grease with yolk, sprinkle with poppy seeds and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes, until browned.

Note

Curd dough buns are soft, fluffy. The original was a classic, hand-kneaded dough. I used - a bread maker. The dough turned out to be very pleasant, soft and pliable. Enjoy your tea!
