Rotkohl-Flammkuchen Open colored cake

Ingredients

yeast dough 500 g
red cabbage 300 g
bulb onions 1 PC.
bacon 100 g
butter 30 g
vegetable oil 50 ml
salt, pepper, sugar taste
caraway pinch
beer 50 ml
To fill:
egg 2 pcs
sour cream 50 ml
soft cream cheese 30 g

Cooking method

  • Here's a very simple homemade cabbage pie recipe. Its brightness and taste will not leave anyone indifferent.
  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. form 20 x 30 cm
  • Filling:
  • Shred cabbage thinly. In a saucepan, melt butter and vegetable oil. Put the cabbage to simmer for about 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Add beer and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Put finely chopped bacon in a preheated frying pan, fry it. Finely chop the onions and put them in the bacon. Fry the onion until transparent. Put the bacon and onions on a paper towel to remove excess fat. Separately, fry a few pieces of bacon to decorate the finished pie.
  • Put bacon and onions in the cabbage. Add the cumin.
  • Roll out the dough in shape.
  • We spread the filling on the dough.
  • Making a fill:
  • Beat eggs lightly with sour cream and cheese, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the filling over the cabbage.
  • For decoration, adding color to the cake, cut the tomato and spread over the cake.
  • We bake for 20-25 minutes. Depending on your oven.
  • Put pieces of fried bacon on the finished pie, decorate with herbs.
  • We pour cold beer and bon appetit!

How interesting! I never ate stewed red cabbage, it never even occurred to me that it could be stewed. I will definitely try to cook it.

nar-din, an interesting recipe, only Spitzkohl is a kind of white cabbage. But the red cabbage is called Rotkohl.
nar-din
Lerele, Thanks for the amendment))) I think that you know more about this "topic"))) as they told me, I wrote so) apparently, in the home kitchen, this pie is made from different cabbage, so it should be called cabbage pie))) I will correct it for the correct name!
Spline, Oh, such a comparison! Directly even - flattering!
olgea, Thank you! Yes, simple!
MariS, Thank you. A friend told me the recipe.
irysikf, Tatiana is right))) very tasty, and most importantly - beautiful!

nar-din, I just started looking for Spitzkohl in the picture, it is always white, then I thought it was like beets as a dye, then I started reading the recipe ... in short, the picture of the world shifted))))
