Good afternoon, dear members of the forum
I would like to say a little about myself and my Kambruk 400 bread maker. I bought it for my wife, but I use it myself. With ordinary bread, there are no problems, it works out perfectly. But according to this recipe, I have already done it 4 times = there is nothing about it

The recipe is from your site, people write, they did it.
Before, as you understand, I was not engaged in baking and I know little about what and how.
What I did:
I put dry saf momen yeast (first 2.5 tsp then 4, still did not rise high and did not bake inside)
everything else is strictly according to the recipe
if you put 2.5 tsp of yeast, then in a bucket of CB during baking it takes only 50%, if 4 tsp. then 75% does not even reach the top.
And on the forum they write that do not expect a kolobok, but I have a kolobok I don’t understand what is wrong?
When it spills out, it burns out strongly from all sides, like all 4 hours.
And I also didn't lay down the apple, maybe because of this, it also has liquid in it, huh?
Prescription cake
live pressed yeast 40 g
wheat flour 450 g
salt 0.5 tsp
sugar 9 tbsp. l.
vanilla sugar 1 sachet
large eggs (selected or category 1) 2 pcs.
butter or refined sunflower oil 6 tbsp. l.
milk 130 ml
apple 1 medium
cinnamon pinch
cardamom pinch

Tell me pliz, maybe I can try some other recipe, otherwise the children already want something tasty and sweet, but at home only the smell is delicious

nariko, Hello! What can you advise here? Just change the recipe. For example, on THIS... My bread maker is different. But if yours copes with ordinary bread, then what will prevent her from coping with sweet bread?

What does not rise high is a question of the size of your HP bucket: some recipes for me do not even rise to half, since the bucket is very large, but this does not make it worse ...

It's strange that it burns ... maybe you need to use medium or even light crust mode ...
4h - what kind of program do you have? probably this time includes kneading, lifting, kneading and, in fact, baking, the time of which does not exceed 1 hour, according to my observations. There may be exceptions, though.
Do you have timing decoding for HP?

Of course there is liquid in it.

Try, for example, my recently discovered recipe: "Carrot Bread" https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=393952.0

I put the main 4 hours, then 4.20 sweet, there is also 5.45 French bread or all separately. Kneading 0m-15m, lifting 5m-2h, baking 5m-40m.

Looked at the recipe, but how much dry yeast saf-moment to put?

According to the recipe "Fast-acting dry yeast - 6 g", which in practice is equivalent to 2 teaspoons.
I use any that are available, including saf-moment.
