Sugar 1 tbsp. l
Vanillin on the tip of a knife
Eggs 2 pcs.
Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Kaiserschmarrn - a sweet flour dish of Austrian (in particular Viennese) cuisine. According to legend, Kaiserschmarrn was a favorite dish of the Austrian Emperor Franz Joseph I (1830-1916), hence the name. Another legend says that the emperor was very fond of executioners (sweet pancakes). When they came out too thick or were torn during preparation, the court chef served them to the servants in Kaiserschmarrn uniforms, since they were not suitable for the emperor's table.
  • Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites into a strong foam with sugar. Mix yolks with milk, vanilla and flour

  • Combine both mixtures. Cut the apple into thin slices. Grease a frying pan with butter, lay out the dough, smooth. Lay apples on top

Today my husband is on the night shift, cooked dinner, there is still free time, went to the HP. And Tuut saw this recipe, beauty and deliciousness. I had 20 minutes before dinner and I was immediately preparing this omelet to pamper my husband before work.
All products are there, quickly kneaded. I baked in a Panasonic 10 multicooker, added a pinch of salt (I always add salt to sweet pastries, without it we are somehow bland). And while we were having dinner, a tasty treat is already ready for tea. Only the photo was not very much, I was in a hurry and quickly laid it out on a plate, the pieces had to be made smaller. Very tasty!!! I took a photo with my phone until they ate it.

You will fill your hand, and everything will work out great. You can try to divide it into several parts even before turning it over, and then gently turn it over
