Cooking method

  • This is just a stew that my husband adores. If he were a girl, his chest would have been size 10 for a long time, honestly, because only goats can love cabbage like that (!!!)))) ".. they are all like that, they are all like that, but I am not like that! " (c))))) and top models))). My husband is clearly not a top model, but I disagree with the goat!))
  • So, I spent a long time choosing the time, the modes, because in pressure cookers the cabbage instantly boils down into trash.
  • Chop the cabbage in an amount to fill the multicooker bowl by 2/3, taking into account the tamping without fanaticism. Usually half of the head of cabbage leaves if it is small or a third if it is larger. Salt the cabbage and shake it with your hands so that it does not bristle in all directions and take up less space.
  • Cut the potatoes into cubes and there.
  • Cut the sausages into large pieces. From meat products, something smoked, and sausages, and brisket are very welcome. It's just that I always have sausages in my fridge (or rather, in the freezer), so I use them.
  • Finely chop the onion and fry in a spoonful of butter. Sausages can also be fried with onions. To be honest, I don’t fry anything at all, because I have such a nutritional principle. You can not add onions at all if you don't like them.
  • We put everything in a multi bowl, mix, tamp it a little, put bay leaf, peppercorns on top, sprinkle with sugar, pepper, lay out pieces of butter, fill with water and close the lid. The bowl will be almost full. Not to the brim, of course, but complete. "Vegetables" mode, pressure 0.3, 10 minutes. There will not be little water, because cabbage itself gives juice and there is practically no evaporation at all in pressure cooker mode. There will be some juice in the bottom of the bowl after cooking.
  • Wait until the cover is unlocked and burst. Of course, the consistency of the cabbage can vary depending on the cabbage itself. If you like cabbage with a crunch, you can also subtract the time.

I prepared a dish according to your recipe, decreasing the time by 1 minute (set it for 9 minutes, since we like not very soft cabbage). It turned out very tasty, only the potatoes, cut into small cubes (approximately 1x1 cm), for some reason remained damp, although I also fried them before laying them for beauty. I had to finish it. Either Shteba does not work well for me at a pressure of 0.3, or the potatoes were especially strong.)) And after the revision it turned out great! Thanks for the recipe!
