Balish with chicken, potatoes and onions (Princess pizza maker)

Ingredients

Dough 290 g
Chicken fillet 2 pcs
Bulb onions, large 1 PC
Potatoes 3 pcs
Salt pepper
The water is cold 1 glass

Cooking method

  • I must say right away that I decided to share the recipe, because it is very easy and simple. Raw stuffing products. I took the name in quotation marks, since the dough was not used traditional for balish. I make Jamie Oliver's pizza dough and keep it in the refrigerator. I use it on pizza and pies.
  • Here is the dough recipe from the site 🔗:
  • 1 kg of class 00 bread flour or 800 g of 00 class bread flour and 200 g of semolino flour
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 2 bags of 7 g dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 650 ml warm water
  • Sift flour and salt onto a smooth surface. Make a notch in the middle. In a mug, mix warm water, sugar, yeast and olive oil. Leave it on for a few minutes. Pour slowly into the groove in the flour, using a fork to stir in the flour from the edges. Once everything starts mixing, finish mixing with clean, flour-dusted hands. Knead until you learn a smooth, springy dough. Place the dough ball in a large, flour-dusted bowl, sprinkle it lightly with flour and cover with a damp towel and place in a warm place to double.
  • I took premium flour and very fine semolina, sifted through a sieve. I took live yeast. About 17-20 gr. and kneaded in a Bosch MUM 86 combine.
  • I left 290 grams of dough in the bowl from the combine, and put the rest in a bag in the refrigerator for future use. While the dough was coming up, I made the filling: the chicken fillet was ground in a meat grinder, the grid is ordinary, not large. Chopped the onion into small cubes. Used a Philips shredder, a julienne attachment. I also chopped potatoes. Stirred, salted, pepper, added 0.5 cups of cold water.
  • The dough came up. Divided into two unequal parts. The most part was rolled out and put in a pizza maker on foil. Since I did it with a raw filling for the first time, I decided to use foil. I put the filling on the dough, smoothed it out and poured 0.5 cups of water on top. She rolled out the second part of the dough and covered the filling. I sealed the seam, made a hole in the middle. I closed the pizza oven and plugged it in. After 9 minutes, turned it off and left it unopened for 15 minutes. She turned it on again. After 10 minutes, this is what happened:
  • Balish with chicken, potatoes and onions (Princess pizza maker)
  • After another 3 minutes, turned it off and left it closed. About 10 minutes have passed and the cake is ready! Juicy, tender and no hassle!

Galina, This is the reason that prompted me to publish this recipe. Although initially not planned. Therefore, I did not take photos during the cooking process. Getting amazing results with a minimum of effort is a must to let others know so that you can save time.

Babushka, Tanya, help out! I'm making this pie now! Add half a glass of water straight to the filling?
Mirabel
Well that's it! Did it, added water, was a little confused by the fact that minced meat with potatoes and how is there water? Everything is fine.
Babushka, Tanya, as always, and all your recipes did not let me down. And now it's super !! Lena-Tim used puff dough, and your filling.
Thank you for the filling, Lena will go and thank you for the dough, well, the Princess, the Philips vegetable cutter and the Bosch blender (in which the minced meat is ground) will kiss the same for help.
Babushka
Vika, I'm sorry I didn't answer on time. Now it is very difficult for me: on the forum with raids.
That's right: water straight into the filling on the pie.
I am very glad that I liked it.

Please tell me, can you mix this dough in a bread maker? If yes, what is the best mode, "Pizza"? Thank you!
Babushka
Galina, I think you can. The pizza setting should work well because this is a pizza dough. Good luck!
