Public catering grease

Ingredients

Sour milk (whey or water can be used) 0.5 cups
Raw yeast 8 g
Flour 180-200 gr
Small egg 1
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Sugar 0.5 tsp
Salt 0.5 tsp
For filling
Cooked-smoked or semi-smoked sausage 150 g
Bulb onions 0.5 heads
Sweet pepper a piece
A tomato 0.5 pieces
For filling
Small egg 1 PC
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
Tomato juice (I have grated tomatoes with spices) 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Such lubricants are sold in all our stores and eateries. Of course, they cook in a simpler way, but for my loved ones I cook like this. The dough turns out to be just greased - porous. The main thing is not to pour a lot. The filling is also a little differently prepared by catering and of course not in such quantity. Try it!
  • Grind yeast with sugar. I do it with my hand. I add warm slightly sour milk or whey. It works well just on the water. I add a slightly beaten egg, flour and salt. I knead with a combine. I cover it with a towel and let it stand for an hour.
  • Preparing the filling. I fry the sausage cut into strips. I add chopped onion, tomato and pepper. The filling is ready.

  • The dough has risen. The dough should be thin.
  • Public catering grease If it's thick, add a little warm water. Pour into a muffin pan to cover the bottom.
  • Public catering grease I spread the filling. The main thing is not to overdo it.

  • Now in the oven preheated to 220. Bake for 20 minutes. Decrease to 180. And another 10 minutes. Remove from the mold onto a plate. Done!

I love table cutlets since childhood! Girls are interesting news. Yesterday I had both the dough and the filling and the filling. I put it all in the refrigerator. In the morning I took everything out on the table. I was going to wash myself. Shorter than 20-30 minutes. Then I made some grease again and into the preheated oven. The result is excellent. So it can be kept in the refrigerator. And yet the dough is intervened only by the Om combine (mixer), hands are clean!
