Flour 120 g
Cocoa 15 g

Cooking method

  • Maulwurftorte is a mole cake. The name of this cake is given by its resemblance to the mink of a mole. Amazingly delicious and delicate dessert!
  • Cake:
  • 1. Beat the yolks with boiling water, gradually add sugar. Rub it white.
  • 2. Add sifted flour with cocoa to the yolks in small portions and mix thoroughly.
  • 3. Beat the whites until peaks and mix gently into the dough. Add slaked soda.
  • 4. Put the dough in a greased form and bake for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 160-1700FROM.

  • Souffle:
  • 1. Grind one banana with a blender. Mix with sugar and cottage cheese until smooth.
  • 2. Pour gelatin with water, let stand for a while and put in a water bath until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Add gelatin to the curd.
  • 3. Whip the chilled cream. Gently mix the curd, cream and grated chocolate. We send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes - while the cake is being prepared.

  • Assembly:
  • 1. In the cooled cake, cut out the middle with a knife, stepping back from the edge 2 cm. Select the biscuit with a spoon, leaving the bottom. Grind the crumbs with a blender and put the cake aside, soak it with sweet water and cognac.
  • 2. Cut the bananas lengthwise and place them in the cake.

  • 3. Put the slightly frozen cream on top with a slide. Sprinkle with crumbs on top. We send to the refrigerator until the soufflé solidifies. I put it on at night.
