marina-asti,

No, I drifted into everything. The rest is just with cardamom, but it's delicious, I already know. Firstly, I have already done this, and secondly, I have long been familiar with cardamom.

And I did the right thing, next time I'll open it with coffee. By the way, I remembered that I also had a Lavazzo in a gold package with red letters, I smelled it, I didn’t like it for jam, it seemed that it was too fried for this, I don’t remember which I poured, I’ll try my own!

marina-asti,

This is the lavazza oro, as I understand it. I love him sooo much.

Pear and coffee jam

I didn't like it.
It also happens ... she herself, said that the taste of all markers are different.

Omela, just finished 1 of 2 jars that were with coffee (the rest just with cardamom), I liked it !!!

Of course, I didn't write down what kind of coffee I poured, but definitely everything depends on it. I remember that the one that I had, for some reason, I didn’t put it in for the jam, it was very fried, and I was looking for a medium roast. I just ate coffee beans with jam too, well, I love them)))
Here, from probably 15-20 pieces of total grains, there were 2 pieces, which, when biting through, gave a nasty aftertaste of tobacco butts))) so you probably need to try the coffee itself before throwing it into the jar. If there were all such grains 15 pieces, my jam would be hopeless (

By the way! And I'm with a report!
And we dug up a jar of the year before last year's jam based on this recipe, only with Antonovka (there were no pears, but there were a lot of apples). The pear was sipped with such a whistle that I can't remember the taste, but it was very tasty, since the pears were sour and fragrant. And coffee and cardamom were sooo cool. Pear flavor is the main ingredient in this recipe.

The apple batch was baked in the oven in a large form. From the oven - directly into sterile jars. They stood just fine in the closet.

Marina, Anastasia, glad you liked!

Girls, since you say it, then it is. I myself did not come across this, I roasted coffee myself, so there were no punctures.

so I also thought that if you take 100 grams of zel and fry it yourself, it should be good.
The taste with coffee is very interesting, but if you put the purchased one - for me it is "Russian roulette"!

I'll open the second can later, of course I don't remember what kind of coffee was there, but definitely in a different batch of jam and probably coffee from a different package. Let's see what awaits me there.
Sweetheart
Ksyusha, I have another thank you! I liked the jam very much. One thing but ... cheap coffee is not ice (well, there is nothing normal here in the village), I just didn't like it. In general, a very tasty combination.
In general, do you have liquid jam? My pears themselves are strong, I made unripe ones, but the syrup is liquid. I soaked an apple pie with it today. Mmmmm (y) cracked behind the ears)

The husband asked me to cook this thing with coffee again))). Something after a few cans and I began to find charm in this jam. But be sure to eat a few spoons. After the first, a very strange impression))), and then the taste is revealed.

Ksenia, thank you very much for a very interesting jam! A couple of days ago I cooked a full 3-liter can. I tried what was left on the sides of the pan ... very unusual and tasty .. and what a smell ... mmmm. There were no whole grains, so I added ground and did not regret it.And yet ... after reading that many girls get the jam a little thin, I added two bags of "Zhilinki" at the end of cooking for 3 kg of pears (pectin, a bag for 1 kg of fruit and 1 kg of sugar). I was pleased with the consistency of the jam.
Omela
Girls, I'm glad. that the recipe "stuck". Something I didn't get my hands on this year.

Omela, thanks again for the super recipe !!! : girl_love: I've been cooking for the second year, I treat all my friends and relatives, people are surprised !!! Delicious!!!!

Who has Ashana shops, grab Maragadjip coffee (Nicaragua). This coffee is sold by weight !!! It just goes well with this recipe. Firstly, it's just medium roast, light. Secondly, it has a crazy aroma !!! And thirdly, this is arabica and the grain of this sort of coffee is just horse-like, you can never confuse it with another kind !!
I discovered this sort of coffee for myself when I was looking for a fragrant, but not strong sort (so that the balls would not give it !!!), otherwise I have such a heartbeat from strong coffee !!! That is, it is weak, but very aromatic and gives a good froth in the coffee machine. But it is sour. It is also good to mix it with Robusta, it turns out both aroma and strength !!! Here !!!
Omela
afnsvjul, Julia, glad. that the recipe stuck! And thanks for the coffee info!

Vooot! It's finished! I found delicious pears
I cut a bowl of kg into 4 !!!
I got to you on HP, started cooking and eating jam! But cardamom pears have been just an obsession for the past 2 months!
I like it very much!
Omela
Marinahow happy I am for you! And I am without pears this year.
marina-asti
Omela, put it in jars and got 5 × 0.5 - and you call this pears?)))
That I will secretly eat one on holidays
Last year, there were 3 times more, plus Kostya varenka with citrus was 3 liters ... eh, we will wait for the next season.
Ledka
Omela, Ksyusha, thanks for the recipe. I do not like jams, jams, but your pears with cardamom hooked me up with something. I cooked a little for testing. I ate it. I cook again for the winter. Delicious. Thank you
Omela
Svetlana, glad you liked!! What kind of coffee did you take?
Ledka
Omela, Ksyusha, I'm at the dacha, my husband brought me from home several spoons of coffee in a bag. And where did he pour them from ???. I have many varieties at home.
Omela
Ledka, the main thing is that I liked it!

I had pears for jam ... TWO pieces! And they ate / bit the wasps. We'll have to cook this yummy from those pears, which, at least eat it! And this is ... Clapp's favorite. Juicy, aromatic, soft (alas). I don't think it will work in pieces. This means that what will happen ... Most likely, you will have to add agar.
I want two options - cardamom and cinnamon / clove! Well, I only have coffee that I drink myself. Brazilian Arabica - nutty aroma and flavor when lightly roasted
Anyway, thanks so much for the recipe!

This year I made this coffee pear too. The coffee was taken by Illy Brazil, medium roast. It seemed to me the most "non-tobacco".
She put it to insist. Thanks for the recipe.

Exocat, Lyudmila, glad I liked it! 😍
