Ingredients

ground beef 500 g
bulb onions 1 PC.
white loaf 100 g
milk 100 ml
anchovy fillet 3 pcs.
eggs 2 pcs.
mustard 1 tsp
butter 25 g
vegetable oil 40 ml
salt pepper taste
For broth:
water 1.5 ml
White wine 100 ml
vinegar 50 ml
garlic 3 pcs.
Bay leaf 3 pcs.
salt pepper taste
For the sauce:
flour 60 g
butter 100 g
bouillon 300 ml
cream 20% 200 ml
gherkins 3 pcs.
lemon juice 50 ml
nutmeg 1/2 tsp
salt, pepper, sugar taste

Cooking method

  • Preparation:
  • Meatballs.
  • Pour milk into pieces of loaf pulp. Fry finely chopped onion in butter and vegetable oil. Mash the anchovy fillets. Add fried onion, egg, loaf pulp, anchovies, mustard to the minced meat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Knead homogeneous and smooth minced meat. Form meatballs of equal size. Put spices in boiling water, pour wine and vinegar. Cook the meatballs for 12-15 minutes. Remove from broth with a slotted spoon.
  • Sauce:
  • Fry flour in butter until creamy. Deliver broth. Add cream and finely grated gherkins, lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Arrange the meatballs and pour over the sauce.
