Ingredients

Potatoes, boiled in peel 200 g
Bacon 50 g
White onion 1 PC.
Linseed oil 3 tbsp. l.
Wine vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
Sweet mustard 1 tsp
Salt pepper taste
Parsley, chopped green onions 2 tbsp. l.
Caraway pinch
Bouillon optional

Cooking method

  • Boil the potatoes in a peel, drain the water and leave overnight, clean, cut into slices 2-4 mm thick.
  • Cut the onion into half rings.
  • Finely chop the bacon into strips and fry until dry.
  • Mix the potatoes, onions and caraway seeds, season with linseed or rapeseed oil, if not, with ordinary sunflower oil, add vinegar and sweet mustard - ours, vigorous, will not work.
  • Sprinkle with dried bacon and chopped herbs on top.
  • It is also made with pickled cucumbers instead of bacon.
  • Dressing can also be done with broth. But in this case, the amount of oil and vinegar is reduced.
  • The presence of caraway seeds is very desirable - because it contains substances that have a beneficial effect on digestion.
