Georgian salad

Ingredients

fresh cucumbers 3 kilograms
fresh tomatoes 2 kilograms
Bulgarian pepper 1 kg
garlic 200 grams
sugar 200 grams
vegetable oil b / s 200 ml.
vinegar 9% 1 teaspoon in each jar
salt 3 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • Georgian salad Cut the tomatoes
